Our Alpicool fridges use advanced LG compressor technology with fluorine-free condensation. They cool down to -20°C quickly, offering strong stability, energy efficiency, low consumption, and minimal noise.

Alpicool fridges can be powered from 220-240V AC grid through an adaptor supplied, car/boat 12/24V DC battery through an adaptor enclosed, or backup lithium battery supplied if AC/DC power is not available.

Depends on the model. They range between 40w up to 80w.

You can connect your Alpicool fridge using the inbuilt control panel with an LCD screen or the Alpicool APP. Download the Alpicool APP from the App Store or Google Play, open Bluetooth and the APP, search for the fridge, and select it. When 'AP' appears on the fridge display, press the setting button to connect. Each fridge comes with a user manual for detailed instructions.

The cooling time to reach -18°C depends on the ambient temperature and the fridge's load. If the fridge is empty, it can cool down within 1 hour. If fully loaded, it takes around 2-4 hours, depending on the ambient temperature.

The way to turn on the fridge is specific. Please press and hold the ON/OFF button for seconds, then it will turn on.

The F1 error code means that the low voltage protection is activated, and the input voltage is lower than the default value of recent protection level. Try to lower the protection level according to the instructions in the user manual, the fridge will turn on again.

The main reason is that the compressor will stop working after the temperature inside reaches the setting value. Then after the temperature rises more than about 3°C, the compressor will start again.
